Penn Highlands is developing a food pantry on the main College campus (the Richland Campus). The goal is providing convenient "grab and go" food options that students can pick up from all six campus locations. Campuses are found in the towns of Somerset, Richland, Johnstown, Ebensburg, Altoona and soon in Bellefonte, PA.  Funds from this grant would allow the College to purchase food, necessary equipment (e.g., refrigerator, freezer and shelving) to store the food, and inventory software to effectively operate a food pantry.   We would like to gather feedback from students, faculty and staff.  We appreciate your support and feedback.  Carole VanMeter and Matt Hoffman are leading this effort and can answer any questions you may have.
